Young Girl Awards (Ages 7-17):
Recognizing the passion, courage, and impact of outstanding young leaders.
STEM Innovator
Recognizes a young girl who is passionate about STEM, inspires others to explore STEM fields, and has demonstrated excellence through projects or achievements in science, technology, engineering, or math.
Financial Star
Honors a girl who has shown growth in financial literacy, responsible money management, and entrepreneurship while also helping to educate her peers about financial confidence.
Emerging Leader (Ages 7–12)
Celebrates a young girl who is passionate about her community, shows early leadership potential, and actively participates in initiatives that create positive change.
Diversity Ambassador
Recognizes a girl dedicated to fostering diversity, advocating for inclusive spaces, and actively participating in events that promote or educate others on diversity.
Changemaker
Honors a girl who is committed to community service, takes initiative in helping underserved groups, and works to create inclusive, supportive spaces.
Self-love & Confidence Advocate
Celebrates a girl who embodies self-confidence, authenticity, and promotes self-love and body positivity among her peers.
Resilience & Courage
Recognizes a girl who has overcome personal challenges with perseverance and inspires others by demonstrating resilience in the face of adversity.
Role Model (Ages 13–17)
Honors a teen who is a positive role model for younger girls, demonstrates leadership, creativity, and a strong commitment to her community.
The Armor Down Girl
Recognizes a girl who fully embodies the values of Armor Down, demonstrating leadership, resilience, confidence, and a strong commitment to making a positive impact in her community.
Community Member Awards
Celebrating supporters who uplift and empower young girls.
President’s Award
Presented by Dr. Parsons to someone who has heavily helped or supported ADG.
Role Model for Young Girls
This award honors individuals in the community whose unwavering dedication, compassion, and service have significantly uplifted their community. Whether through volunteer work, advocacy, mentorship, or consistent support of local initiatives, this person exemplifies what it means to be an active, positive force in the lives of others.
